RISING DAMP TREATMENT
Rising damp is moisture from the ground travelling up through the walls of a building by capillary action, seeking a means of evaporation. The water also contains salt thats also travels up through the wall. This type of moisture only occurs on ground level.

PENETRATING DAMP TREATMENT
Penetrative damp can occur as a result of building defects in the property for example leaky guttering, defective masonry, render & pointing. In some cases penetrating damp can just occur from driving rain hitting certain parts of the building in the same area.

TIMBER TREATMENT / CONDENSATION
Due to the potential spread and destructive impact dry rot, wet rot and, if extensive enough, woodworm can have on a property of all ages, it is recommended that if you suspect you have discovered either form of rot or woodworm in your home, then a qualified timber preservation professional should be approached to conduct a property survey to determine if a remedial action is required.

CELLAR / BASEMENT CONVERSIONS
Elite Preservation can turn your damp, musty cellar which is a useless space into a warm, dry room. We will fully water proof the area using membrane on the walls, floor & steps.
